This company has unfortunately, made me furious. Two occasions to report. In the first, they lied to me saying a cleaner had been to my apartment when they clearly hadn’t been, as my guests found out. It eventually came out that they hadn’t been because the cleaner couldn’t get into the property. I had left enter the property-instructions (which my guests were able to follow) and received zero calls / emails alerting me that the cleaner was struggling. After hours of me chasing them for an answer, looking to get a £90 refund on my annual membership fee, the customer service agent promised me that she would personally make sure that I was never messed around again, and persuaded me to stay instead of getting the refund. To their credit, they agreed to give me £52 compensation after I highlighted the time I had spent sorting out this saga and the fact that I had to compensate my guests. I was promised that this would never happen again, if I would just trust them. Unfortunately, they have just cancelled on my clean leaving me two days to find a new cleaner after I had booked a week in advance. I have asked for my £90 annual membership fee back, and they are refusing to give it me, on the basis that I’ve used the discounts and credits they advertise to hook you in and using your service in the first place. I urge this company to consider the time their clients spend fixing the problem when they do not keep to their membership and personal promises. I urge airbnb hosts to consider another option, as regretfully this company are not to be relied upon. Such a shame, as i have had two really nice cleaners. Some of the customer service agents are lovely too, although, I have spent too much time chasing them again.

Excellent clean.

I booked someone to come and repair and clean the extractor fan in the over hood. I was promised and advised that cleaning and taking apart the extractor hood will likely solve the problem.

They sent me someone to clean the oven. Ridiculous.

Very poor service. Lack of communication between yourselves and your subcontractors. The 3 men came unequipped without an appliance trolley as I requested several times on the telephone with the multiple people I spoke to on the telephone before today . As a result we couldn't get the appliance through the gate. 2ndly they did not have grip gloves on . All removal men have grip gloves. Their hands kept slipping on the fridge. They removed the protective rubber covering. With their hands on the fridge itself . Those men are not trained removal men and you have not trained them professionally. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. 2 neighbours on the road came also to observe them and were shocked because they were clueless. They eventually got the American fridge in but in the process damaged the fridge. There are several dents and scratches now on my brand new unused fridge. I'm very angry. I didn't make they complete the job to move the 2nd fridge after noticing the damage they made to the first fridge . See photos . I now have to contact LG on Monday to see if I can get a replacement door parts to replace the damaged door. You have the responsibility to make sure your men are equipped , capable and knowledgeable on removals. On this occasion you've let me down and damaged my property. I will be sending you the invoice for the replacement parts.
Desired outcome: Pay for damaged new fridge door and it’s installation

Excellent Gardening team today

This was the first time I used the service and was super impressed buy the professionalism shown by the team. They were punctual and did a very nice and clean job.

Absolutely atrocious End Of Tenancy clean - one guy turned up late with a suitcase was surprised to see a house had no idea where his team were and was of course unable to complete the already paid for task.
We had to have it done that day because new tenants were arriving next day so it was a nightmare and cost me more. Refund doesn’t cover the stress and inconvenience caused.
I previously had an excellent team to do a one off clean but it’s hit or miss who you get to do the job.

Booked one of cleaning for empty small one bed flat without any ornaments or personal items not dirty at all.
The suggested 4 hours when i could have been done in most 2 but i didn't mind as long as they did the job.
NO NO NO.
Nothing was done Mark that was there they are there.
You could say she left as sone as i left the flat 5 minutes and it's not a lie.

I’ve used Fantastic Services twice this week - the packing/removal service and end of tenancy cleaning.

Both services were remarkable and I can’t recommend them enough!

The team packed and moved an entire flat in blistering heat so, so professionally. They were efficient, extremely respectful of the belongings they were handling and courteous throughout. Everything was moved safe and sound.

Similarly, the end of tenancy cleaning was fantastic too. The team had to cancel the original appointment due to sickness but it was soon re-arranged and a £15 refund was offered.

Just one note of caution; the cleaning team had to renegotiate the price on arrival because they realised it would take longer to clean than originally estimated/quoted. It was entirely reasonable but it did add a little ‘bill shock’ to the day.

Overall, incredible service and incredible price. And well done to the teams for working in a heatwave! Thank you.

I recently booked fantastic service s to do a clean from top to bottom of a house to be sold. The couple who arrived on time were lovely and worked extremely hard with an a outstanding result. Chris and Clara were brilliant. So pleased highly recommend this company.

I’m horrified with the service that was sent to us and am beyond relief I didn’t sign up to the “annual service”. We were looking for a cleaner for our house, we thought we would try “Fantastic” before we committed to anything long term - thank God we didn’t. We were sent someone who was super rude and just didn’t clean. I told her nicely that she was using a wood cleaner on resin and she tried to tell me I was wrong, fine. I asked her to throw away the garbage, she said she would later, but my husband ended up throwing it away. I asked her not to make my bed, but to make the guest room’s bed, nope. The bathrooms was not cleaned at all! My bedroom had layers of dust all over it. The staircase is also filthy dusty! We just came home from a 3 week holiday, our last cleaner we had for 6 years but she moved back home to be with her family. We were looking for a new person to help us out. I have a newborn at home so I haven’t really went around the house to check after she left (which she didn’t even tell us she was done, she just put on her shoes). These are just things I see without even looking!! She had a bag of garbage from emptying the bathroom bins, she was going to chuck it in my kitchen, I asked her why she didn’t go out to the bins outside? She’s like, “fine”, very unhappy about it. My dad was a cleaner, should I know it’s a tough job and I always try to be respectful as it’s the basic. I called her by her first name, I offered her water and just checked to see how she was doing as it was hot. One point I was going to order ice cream, I said, “Hey Pam… (wanted to see if she wanted some)”, she goes “what???” I got so appalled, I didn’t even ask. It was such a waste of time and trying to get a hold of Fantastic cleaners is like trying to speak to the prime minister directly. Avoid at all cost.

The two gardners were great, they were on time. Very friendly but also very efficient in the way that they worked. I was very impressed with the work that they did. Overall a very good experience.
